Which payment methods does WLS Products offer?
We offer the following payment options: iDeal, Mastercard, PayPal, VISA, Sofort Banking, Giropay, Bancontant, Bank Transfer.
I get an error message when I try to make a payment. What should I do next?
If your payment is successful, you will also receive an order confirmation with an order number. If you have not received an order confirmation, it could be because your payment was unsuccessful. In that case, we kindly request you to contact customer service.
I haven't received an order confirmation. Have you received my order?
If you have not received an order confirmation, we kindly request you to contact customer service. Please check to make sure that you have given us the correct e-mail address, as this is where your order confirmation will be sent.
I have a question about my payment - bank transfer.
If you select the ‘bank transfer’ payment option, it may take 2-3 working days before we receive your payment. If you are unsure about your bank transfer, please e-mail us proof of payment. If an international bank transfer is not possible, please contact customer service.
Questions about my invoice
All our orders are shipped with a delivery note and invoice. As soon as your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. The Sales Tax is automatically shown on the order confirmation. If you would like to receive an invoice without Sales Tax, this is also possible. To arrange this, please contact customer service.
