How do I place an order with WLS Products?

Ordering is super easy in our webshop! Once you have made your choice and know which products you want to order then add them to your shopping cart by pressing "add". After you have clicked the order button you will see at the top right of your screen that the product has been added to your shopping cart. You can then open your shopping cart and complete the order by following the steps in the ordering process. If you need any help or product advice, then please let us know. To do this, contact our customer service department. We look forward to assisting you! Please note: after you have placed your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Please make sure that your order and address details are correct. In the event of an error, please call our customer service department as soon as possible.


I’m a distributor and want to sell your products. Can I also order them for resale?

When do I pay shipping costs? How much are they?

We ship free from € 69 within the United Kingdom. The shipping costs to the United Kingdom are € 9.50 for orders under € 69.  << Read more about shipping costs to other countries >>.


How long do shipments to ... take?

Shipments to the United Kingdom usually take 2-3 working days. As soon as your order has been prepared, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with a track & trace link. This allows you to track the order online and shows when you can expect to receive the package. So always keep an eye on this e-mail and the information it contains.


I can’t find a product. 

You can easily find a product by clicking in the navigation bar. You will find categories here that may be related to the product. You can also use the search bar. Enter (part of) the name of the product, the product code, description or category here. You will then see a list of all the products that match this search. 


The product I want is out of stock. What should I do next?

If a product is out of stock, please contact customer service. We are happy to inform you by phone or e-mail. 


I have received an e-mail explaining that a product is not in stock and that my order cannot be delivered. What should I do next?

Although we take the utmost care to manage our stock levels, a product may occasionally run out of stock. If this occurs, you will automatically receive an e-mail stating that your order cannot be delivered. If you have ordered multiple products, we can still deliver the other items. We will ship the out-of-stock product at a later date, free of charge. Please contact customer service, by phone or e-mail to let us know whether you would like us to ship part of the order or whether you are happy to wait until your order is complete. 


I get an error message when I place an order. What should I do next?

We understand how inconvenient that can be and this should not occur. An error message can have many different causes. To resolve the issue, please contact customer service.


My products are still in the shopping cart. Has my order been received correctly?

As soon as your order is completed successfully, we always send you an order number. You will see it as soon your order is completed; you will also receive the order number by e-mail. Once the order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a track & trace link, so you can track the package. If you do not receive this e-mail within a few hours, please contact customer service. 


I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do next?

Once the order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a track & trace link. If you have not received this e-mail within a few hours, we advise you to contact customer service.


After I have placed my order can I still change it?

As soon as your order is placed, it is entered into our order process immediately. This means that the order is prepared for you straight away unfortunately, it is therefore not possible to change your order. If you have any queries, then please do not hesitate to contact us or send us an e-mail. 


Can I cancel my order?

As soon as your order is placed, it will also be prepared for you immediately. Unfortunately, this means that it is not possible to cancel a completed order. If you have any queries, then please do not hesitate to contact us or send us an e-mail.
